In this miniseries, we will explore being present while creating/making by bringing mindfulness to body and breath through a variety of simple yoga practices. Jewelry making can cause strain to the lower back, middle back and neck, shoulders and hands. We will look at ergonomics for safety, ease and comfort for efficient body posture while performing various skills, i.e. benchwork, hammering and standing.
